    Ingredients

    1 3/4 cups Fisher Pancake ; Baking Mix
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 cup sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts
    2 large egg whites
    1/4 cup butter, softened
    1 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. butter, cold, cut into pea-size pieces

    Directions

    Combine brown sugar, walnuts, butter and cinnamon, and set aside. Beat sugar and butter in a mixer at medium speed until well blended, 3 to 5 minutes. Add egg whites one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add sour cream and vanilla, and beat well. Slowly add baking mix, ensuring it is well incorporated. Sprinkle in salt. Spread half of the batter into a greased 8x8 inch square baking pan. Sprinkle half of streusel topping over batter. Spread remaining batter over streusel and then top with remaining streusel. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely before serving.

    Ingredients

    1 3/4 cups Fisher Pancake ; Baking Mix
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 cup milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter, cut into pea-sized pieces

    Directions

    Combine baking mix with milk, butter and oil, then stir until just combined. Prepare soup or stew and heat to boiling. Drop spoonfuls of dumpling dough on top of soup or stew and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for 10 minutes. Cover pot and cook for an additional 10 minutes until dumplings are set.

    2/3 cup milk
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 eggs

    Combine all dry ingredients. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add wet ingredients. Mix until just moistened. Pour 1/4

    1 1/2 cups Fisher Pancake ; Baking Mix
    1/2 cup water
    2 cups sugar, divided
    1 1/2 cups milk
    4 cups sliced peaches
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 stick
    butter, melted

    Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°. Combine the peaches, 1 cup of sugar and water in a saucepan. Mix well. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. Place melted butter in a 3-quart baking dish. Separately, combine 1 cup sugar, baking mix and milk. Pour mixture over melted butter but do not stir. Spoon peaches on top, including the syrup. Sprinkle top with cinnamon. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes until batter rises to the top and browns.

    2 cups Fisher Pancake ; Baking Mix
    1/2 cup + 3 Tbsp. sugar
    2/3 cup milk
    3 cups sliced strawberries
    6 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 cup whipped cream

    Directions

    Stir baking mix, milk, butter and 3 Tbsp. sugar together until a dough forms. Roll and cut into biscuit shapes or drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 425° for 10 to 12 minutes. Add 1/2 cup sugar to strawberries. Let shortcakes cool slightly, then split and fill with strawberries. Top with whipped cream. Makes 8.

    1 1/3 cup milk
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

    Directions

    Combine all ingredients, stir until well blended. Pour onto hot greased waffle maker and close lid. Bake 4 to 5 minutes or until browned.
