    Freshly baked Fisher Biscuits
    3 cups milk
    1 1/2 pounds breakfast sausage
    1/3 cup flour
    Salt & pepper


    Cook sausage until brown, remove from pan and pour off all but 3 Tbsp. fat. Whisk in the flour and cook on low for 5 minutes until light brown and bubbling. Whisk in milk slowly and cook over medium high heat, stirring constantly until gravy thickens. Add sausage and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve over split biscuits.
